Negotiation Institute, a Division of Negotiation Expertise LLC, real estate agents with the CSSN designation are equipped with the expertise and training to understand and satisfy each parties need in the short sale system.
As a CSSN designated REALTOR®, I am committed to helping people who are facing foreclosure by ensuring that the seller receives the expert advice necessary to determine that a short sale is the proper course of action.
Previously, short sales were a rarely accepted alternative by lenders, but in today's world they are increasingly becoming a viable option. Although more common in recent years, lender's still want the right deal with the right paperwork, and most real estate agents without the CSSN designation do not know the specifics. The CSSN course has taught me how to understand the short sale process from pre-qualifying the seller to closing the transaction with the banks and buyer, as well as how to properly utilize and complete all forms required in the short sale process.
